yesterday we started working specific training from the back in the fundamentals class, in the video I explain how the training is going to be and what I expect in each round/position (theres a longer video in the website with more details) Specific training helps to adjust the position and understand opponents reaction much better than regular sparring, it’s a more intense training style but it helps a lot with good results, this specific training from the back was one of the main training that we used to do when we were living in Brazil and it helped us a lot to gain confident attacking the back and finishing the matches.
