We all end up in closed guard at some point. And when we get into the closed guard of that guy or gal that can really hold you tight and we just can’t get posture enough to stand and we just can’t break the guard…what ever their body type. It can be difficult getting out without getting swept or placed in a really bad submission position. Has this ever happened to you? then this video is for you.
