This Armbar can often be used as a drill. It’s straight forward but massively effective. Like all the basics. Often when you are doing Jiu Jitsu – technical instruction can make a huge difference. Much of what I teach on this channel might fall into that category. However, sometimes the goal is to ‘get into’ that position. And that takes practice and drilling. Check out this video and then give it a try on the mat. Drill it with your training partners and then watch the massive improvement you will make in ‘getting the armbar’. Let me know how you go…
