Countering the Single/Double Leg with a Devastating Throw

This can be a devastating throw on your opponent. Landing rib to rib with that much momentum is enough to take someone out. So be careful when practicing this technique.

Once you learn where the positioning of the head is supposed to be wrestling becomes a little bit easier to understand.

Also, there is another variation if you can’t get your leg free as well. Simply get the overhook on the side closest to you and post your other hand on the ground and kick towards the sky or control the elbow. Both throws work great with my long limbs.
