How long can you do? A quick & effective way to develop grip strength/endurance. Excellent to add as a finisher for your workout.

Start off hanging by one arm (shoulder blades & ribs down, shoulder sucked in) and hang for as long as you can by switching back and forth between hands under control. I managed 1.38s on my first attempt.
