How to Breathe When You’re Trapped on the Bottom and Getting Crushed

Being able to breathe when you’re grappling is important, especially when you’re trapped on the bottom and all your opponent’s weight is crushing down on you. Here are my best physical, psychological and technical tricks for dealing with this terrifying situation!

The claustrophobia article referred to in this video is available here: http://www.grapplearts.com/grappling-with-claustrophobia-in-brazilian-jiu-jitsu/. It has consistently helped a TON of BJJ, grappling and MMA students deal with their claustrophobia issues on the ground.

Good luck with your grappling journey!
