One of several videos I’ll post over the next few days with gym ball movement ideas for BJJ.

First things first, this will not replace BJJ practice, although can be great as a supplement to it, especially when you can’t get to class.

I find this is a great way to develop movement patterns, particularly with the hips, that translate directly to BJJ. If you move consistently for 5 minutes plus, it can also be a great cardio workout. Then repeat for a number of rounds.

Just set a timer, move and play to see what movements you develop. You will see a difference in how you move when sparring.
