This one is a little tricky but to be honest, when you get the hang of it, you will feel that it is just as easy as a regular triangle. This submission is, of course, the ‘reverse’ triangle. A little tricker to get and to complete to submission but totally doable. And guess what guys, no one is going to expect you to do this…just practice it and make it your move. It will happen in no time. Give it a try on the mat guys and let me know how you go…
