Cop gets called to a disturbance at the DMV office. He discovers that the only trouble is that a woman is trying to order a new ID, but she can’t communicate with the clerk because she is deaf. Fortunately the officer speaks ASL and is able to facilitate the transaction. When he realizes that she doesn’t have enough money to submit the application, he pulls out his wallet and covers the difference.
