Hey guys, I made a quick video with some clips from our training this morning at Fighter Centre in Gothenburg Sweden, there is a lot of good clips of different techniques I have shown this channel, incuding berimbolo, matrix, toreandos, knee cuts, deep lasso sweeps, and ankle locks.
