Spartan Workout Challenge Circuit
Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. After you complete 10 exercises rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 rounds. Warm Up before and stretch after the workout.

1. Alternating One Arm Kettlebell Swing to High Pull – 16kg
2. BOSU Ball Burpees
3. Hip Thrusts to Abs Spring Ups
4. Dumbbell Squat to Jump Squats – 35lbs
5. Incline Dumbbell Double to One Arm Press – 35lbs
6. Renegade Rows – 30lbs
7. Reverse Lunge Med Ball Rotations 9lbs
8. Alternating Hammer Curls – 20lbs
9. Swiss Ball Stir The Pot
10. Plyometric Hindu Squats
