Greg Souders is the founder and head coach of Standard Jiu-Jitsu, and has recently been appointed the head coach for Team Misfits Americas at the Craig Jones Invitational 2. Souders is also well-known for being the figurehead of the constraints-led approach to training Jiu-Jitsu.
Jits Magazine spoke to Greg briefly about the constraints-led approach, but primarily about his upcoming appearance at CJI 2. Greg explained how he intends to build the team and how he actually got the job in the first place.
