It’s wild how the negative voice in our heads—what I call the dark passenger—often doesn’t even allow us to dream big. The moment you think about stepping into a new challenge, that voice shows up with excuses, doubts, and fear.
You must stand up to that mental bully living in your head and pursue your authenticity—that’s the key word for me.

Why do you want to fly high? What are your intrinsic and extrinsic motivations?
