The Head Lopper Choke standing and guard versions

It’s similiar to the No-Gi Baseball Bat choke – However the gripping is different. Notice how I extrend the fings into my grips. This allows for a MUCH tighter choke thats less about muscle and more about technique. I’ve had a few friends hit this in competiton putting their opponent out.
