This escape is when your partner has you held in North-South. The escape is not often taught or focused on in a lot of gyms because there are no points for holding someone in North-South in competition. But let’s be honest guys – how often are we held in North-South? often right?! This escape works so well, I have students that place themselves in this position so to execute an escape.
