Today we’ve got a question from Mo, a Brown Belt.
He is an 11-year BJJ Brown Belt, a bit heavier. When he’s training at his gym, he’s able to do 10 rounds and train hard.
But, when he goes to another gym, especially with other heavy guys, he finds himself getting extremely tired.
He’s wondering what’s going on and what ideas I might have that could be helpful.
Hopefully, if you’re a big boy in Jiu-Jitsu and struggle with something similar, you find this helpful.
