2010 Las Vegas Open Absolute Highlight

Caio Terra showed the world that Grand Master Helio Gracie was right as he won the 2010 Las Vegas Open in his weight and Open Class at the black belt division. A month later Terra won the American Nationals, one of the biggest Jiu-Jitsu tournaments in the world, and proved that his victory at the Las Vegas Open was not just luck. That being said, the 2010 Las Vegas International Open was the first time a rooster weight or someone under 130lb won a BJJ championship at a major league/federation – IBJJF.
