How To Transition From Half-Guard To Butterfly Hook Sweep

This is a must-know transition, especially if you do No-Gi.

Since you don’t have the luxury of collar and sleeve controls in No-Gi, your Spider Guard, De La Riva, and Lasso Guard are not that effective… instead, Half-Guard and Butterfly Guard are usually the go to guards in No-Gi.

Transitioning between those two guards is a must.
