With baby spider – we can use it as a launching pad for a full spider or perhaps using one of my favorite techniques – a leg-lasso set-up. Or you can use it as a launching pad for technical attacks. Of course, yesterday…we showed the technical attack of the Omoplata and the Kimura. But what about the armbar? In this video, I discuss an armbar from baby spider. The entry requires using the top side of the foot as a hook for around the head. It’s very cool. Much more powerful than you think. And actually, relatively easy to get. Try this one out guys.
