Khabib and Askren basically have the same approach…get in close throw a punch while going for the takedown…but they both do it in a relentless fashion.

Biggest takeaway for me is that if you hit askren you’ll pay for it with you back in the mat. The way he went from the single to the body lock trip and ending up in deep half and swept Lima instantly was poetry. The man deserves his acclaim.
Askren khabib let's see it. I think askren out grapples him, striking would be tough because khabib is a way better striker than people give him credit for.
The way Aksren toys with people in the cage is insane. He's an amazing grappler. What's even more insane is how Marcelo Garcia was toying with him. Just… levels man… so many levels.
