    For whatever it is worth, me and about 5 other pro fighters from ATT are watching your videos to supplement our drills from these positions when there are no classes going on (ie today…Saturday is basically circuit cardio and sparring.)

    Can you do a video on GSP's guard passing and top control? I think it was the best in MMA at the time.

    Awesome vid, BJ was always the guy that I knew I would learn something every time he fought. Also agree on your view of learning bjj. It's not just structured individual moves but also the situations and transitions that almost happen "in between" those moves. Oss love your vids.

    It is however a good time to Reverse knee shield ( Crab Guard ) as well as setting up reverse x guard to leg attack sweeps .
