3. Have you even seen Fedor giving tips on RNC? Basically you use your thumbs (between first and second phalanges) and start from below the ears and go under the chin. Even if the chin is tucked, the guy will have to raise it just enough to get your fingers/fists in. Then depending on the way the opponent defends, you choose which hand to give to your opponent and with which to go under the other and actually choke the guy. I hope you understood my explanation. If you really need it for video, I could perhaps find it.

I have noticed that carlos' takedown defence is garbage it's at 38-48% max, not saying anything about my boy but still. Maia straight up ran through him after it hit the ground. Are slams to someone on your back illegal in ufc?
This Jaw Crank technique is very deadly and like leg locks for white belts should be banned from dojo's especially with white belts a lot of white belts are quiting because of injury's this Jaw Crank doesn't help the growth of bjj but at the same time I believe these kind of techniques should only be taught to RESPONSIBLE Purple belts, there needs to be more responsibility on teaching the masses the deadly, Jaw Crank..

diaz McGregor 1 when nate already had one hand in and follow up with punches to slide the choke. Most recently dc against rumble. dc lifted rumbles head while the other arm quickly slid in under the chin.
