I like the "sometimes a knife is all you need" line.. Sooo true. I think what stack passing has over other types of passing is that by the very act of stacking, you are putting pressure on your opponents spine/neck which adds another layer of threat in your opponents mind. Not only are they worried about getting their guard passed, but they also have to kind of worry about not letting their neck get tweaked or messed up.
I was hoping you where gonna mention the stalemate at the end when keenan has the worm guard and murilo has his shin to shin guard with the lapel grip, it's funny to see that at the end.
Please, Please, Please make more of these match studies, all your content is nothing short of marvelous! do you plan to release part 3 of the murilo study at some point? Big Love Mr.Scout!
Your the best men
+BJJSCOUT saved by the lapel guard! so is your conclusion that new school saved him? lol
I'm fan of murilo my vidéo :
Murilo Santana JiuJitsu World Champion vs Jiu Jitsu Planet HIGHLIGHT
Great vid!
Should be that he was in the 1/4 guard, not the 3/4 guard. 3/4ths would indicate more of a guard than 1/2.
stack pass=virar o balde (throw the bucket)
Any one who has trained with murilo knows that wasnt luck
