High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is intense. Please be cautious and don’t over exert yourself. Always use proper form and modify exercises to make them easier if or when appropriate. When this program is done properly you can achieve a very high level of physical fitness. HIIT will increase strength, speed and stamina and even burns calories post workout.
