DAKI AGE Hold and Lift Throw

Daki Age (Hold and Lift Throw) is an old jujitsu technique that has been used in judo since its beginning. While an illegal move in contest judo as well as sambo, it is used in MMA. We do not recommend anyone using or applying this technique in any form of sport combat or even self-defense, but it is one of the approved throwing techniques in Kodokan Judo.
