Dealing With Inversion!

At some stage this happens to all of us…dealing with your rolling partner that has inverted…and the first time this happens can be really a disconcerting. And if you deal with this badly you are going to caught in some nasty submissions and quickly. So, how do you deal with it? and how can you practice the inversion.
