How often do we get the head and arm choke on and your training partner taps and they say ‘oh man, that cranked my neck’. Now we training in Jiu-Jitsu to, where ever possible, get the best possible choke. And really don’t want to hurt our training partners with a cranked neck. The big question, therefore is, how do you know or how do you make sure it really is a legit choke, not a neck crank. Watch this video guys where I cover this in some details.
