  5. That was awesome to watch.
    Eventually Garry is going to have to get the experience he needs standing and duking it out though. The reason being is that if he progresses forward in mma he is going to run into strikers that are really good at stuffing take downs, and that are really good at getting back to their feet when they have been taken down.
    So I hope we don't see his next three or four fights with him winning by submission because that could be disastrous for him. Of course his ground game is always going to be his strong point and he will get more wins off submissions overall but early on I think he needs to practice the striking aspects while he is still going up against weaker striking opponents.

  7. Pretty good fight great grappling, the game plan seemed right to me that other guy has more experience and striking since Garry's just not at that level yet but hopefully he'll get there

  13. Gary is bringing fourth bjj cockiness to the octagon, i seen numerous risky diving roundhouse kicks & punches thrown he had no business attempting….
    He is awesome grappling but is bound to be SLEPT in that octagon soon
