One of my favorite position is the 50.50. Now as the name would suggest you are in exactly the same position as your training partner. So no advantage. But not so. If you have practiced this more. Perhaps much more – then you are at a distinct advantage. And a great transition is into this footlock. And in competition, the transition will constitute a sweep and will be one of the easiest sweeps you will get. Check out this video. It’s incredibly effective. Very powerful and a lot of fun.
