This is a little technique that we just don’t see a lot of in Jiu Jitsu…but in wrestling or catch wrestling – you will see it a lot. But that sure doesn’t mean we can’t use it. And why shouldn’t we? because it is really effective. It can be used to great effect with the guillotine. Watch this video as I cover this great little technique.
