The Ham Sandwich (aka The Bear Trap) is not necessarily an unheard of play in Jiu Jitsu, but it is SUPER rare to see someone that actually has a system and entry and exit points built around it.

In this series, I’m gonna start dropping some Ham Sandwich details for you. Specifically in this video, I’m gonna give you my number one sweep when they’re hiding the the Ham Sandwich from you. I switch off from the Ham Sandwich to the Electric Chair and move to the top. One of the best sweeps for BJJ, straight out of the 10th Planet!
