If you come up against an opponent that is really proficient with cross chokes. And they are able to get both grips in. Then you are in serious trouble. When a cross choke is on…it’s on! That’s why at a high level, the first defense is to stop even the first grip getting in. As beginners, you will learn this over time. Even better is to just learn it now.
