How to Play Jiu-Jitsu With Your Kids Part 5: Teaching the Break Fall

In this episode Professor Robin Gieseler teaches his son Zyan, age 5,
how to break fall. The ability to break fall is one of the most
beneficial skills in jiu-jitsu. Most kids will not have to use their
jiu-jitsu to defend themselves physically but they will definitely fall
at some point in their lives. Learning how to break fall can greatly
reduce the risk of injury.
