How we made our Jiu Jitsu mats

This is the process we used to mat the training area here at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Decatur. If you’re looking to make your own mats, I can tell you that we were really happy with them for about 4 years before they started showing the first signs of wear. That’s when we decided to add the old mats over the top.
