The most common “grappling” move among untrained people in street fights is the headlock. While it is typically an unskilled behavior, it can still be dangerous and result in damage if not efficiently and technically addressed.

In this video, I show the most common types of headlocks on the ground along with efficient and relatively easy escapes for each (if you train them sufficiently).
