Michel Miyashita is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt instructor and competitor from São Paulo, Brazil. He is visiting el Dorado hills to train for the masters worlds in Las Vegas this August. At the seminar in komainu gym, Reno Nevada, michel shared the diverse attacks using the lapel. From wrist locks to the worm guard, we learned everything you could imagine using the lapel.
