I love it and I still think it’s pretty effective. I used this same choke to submit one of my opponents at the National Championships this year (2013), now at the Black Belt division. During your Jiu Jitsu journey to Black Belt, you are gonna learn countless techniques, the ones you master, are gonna be deadly!
