Shawn Williams Bear Trap Series Part 5: Bear Trap Sweep in the Gi From De La Riva Guard

Here is a gi option from getting the bear trap from the top vs. De La Riva. The gi makes this position much easier to hold, and set up your offense whether it be passing or attacking a leg, etc. Again, it is CRITICAL to keep your top knee open as you secure the trap; otherwise you will need to recover with one of a few choice methods.
