Key things to focus on at the top of movement are: 1) glutes are squeezed like you’re “flicking up” your genitals. 2) core is tight and the ribs are pulled down. 3) chin stays down, almost like you’re looking through the eyebrows. 4) your shoulder blade/scapula is pulled down, so you’re not shrugging the shoulder. The whole line from foot to your hand should feel like you’re braced against the sky falling down onto your hand……if that makes sense.

You’ll also notice that on the upward swing, there is more of a bend in the knees than with a traditional swing or snatch, in order to get the hips “under” the kettlebell to lead into the triple extension.
