Street-Based Takedown Considerations with Eli Knight and Ryan Hoover

This is a demo and discussion of important considerations that need to be made if you’re considering using a takedown in a fight, should the situation occur. Ryan Hoover and I show some options and bring up some points of context and environment that need to be part of training alongside the technical aspects of the takedowns. Filmed while we were in Veracruz for the Grand Opening of Fit-to-Fight México.
