Single leg X guard specialist Trenton Cooke demonstrates an over head sweep.

Use your hand that is trapping the leg to also trap the arm, make sure you secure the collar grip and set up your foot hook on the hip. Once you have have the control, you are ready to sweep using your legs to leg press and do a backwards roll.
