This is a way more comprehensive guide to kesa gatame, or scarf hold, than I’ve ever put out. I’ve been looking back at some videos I’ve done in the past, and seeing how I can improve upon them, and this was one that I really wanted to tackle. Kesa, in all its various forms, offers so many opportunities for control and submission, and hopefully this video gets that point across. Hope you guys like it!
