The Awesome D’arce Choke – One Of My Favourites!

I love D’arce chokes. So do many of the guys in my academy. They are super tough. Super powerful. All body types can get them but they do favour the longer limbed lanky guys. I think one of the great things about this attack is that they are quite sneaky! and because of this – the set-up is key. I go over this in detail guys.
