What do I teach in my beginner classes?
Not only is this a technique conversation but it’s also a mentality.
1st and foremost I ask the student WHY they started jiujitsu… after that, take that information and do what you will with it. Help them!
Don’t mind the fish eye view! My arm is not that big 🤣😂 it was the only way my son could fit the camera view on me in the car
