It’s common for fighters to want to break their own records, and in order to achieve that, they train even harder. But as the fighter ages, it’s necessary to adapt their goals and challenges. It’s not recommended, for example, for a 50-year-old to have the same goals as a 20-year-old in a BJJ competition. Check out the tips by Romero Jacaré on this issue.
