Baby Spider – Omoplata or Kimura? You Decide

As with yesterday’s quick rundown on the Baby spider…in this video, we discuss some nice submission entries. With a quick move of the leg and shifting your opponents shoulder blade…you can move them directly into a set-up for either the Kimura or the Omoplata. Either is fine for me…you decide? some like one better than the other. Sometimes it just comes down to the dynamics and positioning at the time of the roll. But these are great submissions and they work wonderfully from the baby spider. Give this a go on the mat guys and let me know how you do…
