In this video…we are going for the sweep. We have the arm locked as per the previous video but we are looking for the sweep. Our options will depend on our opponents movements. Which is fine, because either is fine. This is far more impactful than you might think and I would highly recommend this be part of your arsenal. At your Academy or in a Comp. Either way, give this a try on the mat. And let me know how you go…
