  13. That knife defense does not work. You're going to get cut against a guy with a knife no matter what you do because is very hard to trap a punch, you'll miss a couple of time trying to grab it and every time you miss you'll get cut. I know that by real and unfortunate experience.

  20. This is why I laugh at people who say "I don't need a gun." Anthony Smith is lucky it wasn't 4 of those guys with murderous intentions or his family would be gone. He's a trained fighter and could barely subdue just one. Check your egos and quit leaving your safety up to someone else.

  27. keenan is absolutely right. if you focus on knife youre dead. i had the great opportunity to met flavio and one of his greatest students in europe, my opinion, i only know this guy 😀 but i learned a lot. YOU WILL GET CUT … and you have to focus on many things…
