  7. If Gordon wants to compete at the elite level of MMA he needs to vastly improve his takedown game. Fighting off your back in MMA is not a winning formula.

  16. Renzo and MG were my two favorite people in grappling, AND the kindest "men", I respected.
    ….but Renzo's recent statements regarding the attack on Flavio… …oh, wow…they literally "broke my heart". As of now, I just can't respect Renzo anymore. ….Such a let-down.
    My heart is torn, but my principles remain…. Renzo, you are not what I believed & respected for so, so many years. You are NOT what true Jiu-Jitsu is about.

  18. Gordon doesn't have top UFC lvl wrestling nor MMA grappling. His buttshooting tactics won't work well when punches and kicks are allowed. He might do ok at some lower level promotions.

    Did you see how Vinny got destroyed by a guy who used to fight and didn't really do well at UFC?

  19. Leandro Lo probably is best p4p in grappling in this era. He fights someone way heavier that him and often dominates them too.

    Also, his game is well rounded. He has good takedowns, guard passing which many top Jiu Jitsu guys these days lack of.

    Leandro is just a warrior.

  27. I mean some guys have big hunkara and don't tap. I'd rather sleep than have my leg ripped in half and have it effect my training for the next 2 years.
