Some advice for anyone looking to do their first #jiujitsu tournament…
1) Don’t worry about cutting weight
2) Don’t change your diet weeks before the tournament
3) Do a good warmup before your first match
4) Be open minded with your game plan
5) Focus on leaning
6) Have fun!!!!
